Terms for the website subscription

The offer

Web Core is $200 a month. Web Growth is $400 a month. Applicable tax is added to the price.

Every subscription opens with a seven day free trial. We take your card at checkout and charge nothing during the trial. The monthly price starts once the trial ends.

The first twelve paid months are the minimum term. After the first year the subscription continues month to month.

If you leave

After your first year commitment, you can cancel in any month through Manage billing or by writing to hello@buildwebright.com.

The remaining balance of your first year becomes due. Twelve months is the minimum term, and it is clearly stated in your agreement.

The live site is taken down, and the code stays with us. Your domain transfers into your name at no charge whenever you ask, whatever month the subscription ends.

If you want to keep the site, buy it. $1,500 after twelve months, and free after twenty four months.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. Build Web Right may issue a refund at its discretion.

The service

Hosting, security, speed, backups, and the included edit hours are part of the subscription. Text and photo edits are live within two business days. Anything larger gets a date when we reply. A site down is answered within one business day.

We do not promise round the clock support, because we would not keep it. We answer during the working day.

Payment failure can pause the service after the payment notices and a reasonable period to put the payment right. The site comes down when the subscription ends.

Acceptance

Stripe records your acceptance of these Terms and the Terms version shown at Checkout. Stripe handles card details. Build Web Right never sees them.
