Terms for the website subscription

The offer

Web Core is $200 a month. Web Growth is $400 a month. Applicable tax is added to the price.

A one-time $500 setup fee is charged at checkout and covers the initial setup cost. The fourteen day free trial applies to the monthly price, which starts after the trial.

No minimum term. Your plan renews monthly. Cancel any time.

If you leave

You can cancel any time through Manage billing or by writing to hello@buildwebright.com.

There is no fee to leave, and no month after you cancel is billed.

The live site comes down when your subscription ends. Your domain transfers into your name at no charge in any month.

If you want to keep the site, the handover is free after 24 paid months. The handover includes source files, repository history, client-supplied assets, page content, deployment notes, and domain or DNS control. Secrets, provider accounts, and third-party licences do not transfer.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. Build Web Right may issue a refund at its discretion.

The service

Hosting, security, speed, backups, unlimited small text updates on existing pages, and the included design or media allowance are part of the subscription. Small text updates are handled one request at a time and go live within three business days. The allowance resets on each billing date and never rolls forward. A same-business-day rush edit costs $100 flat. Anything larger gets a date when we reply. A site down is answered within one business day.

We do not promise round the clock support, because we would not keep it. We answer during the working day.

Payment failure can pause the service after the payment notices and a reasonable period to put the payment right. The site comes down when the subscription ends.

Acceptance

Stripe records your acceptance of these Terms and the Terms version shown at Checkout. Stripe handles card details. Build Web Right never sees them.
