Step one
A short call. Tell us what you do, the towns you work in, and what you want a customer to do once they are on the page. Fifteen minutes is usually plenty.

Step two
We build your homepage. Your services, your area, your words. Then we send you a link and you look at it on your phone.

Step three
You say yes or you say no. If it is no, you owe nothing and we part on good terms. If it is yes, we finish the rest of the pages and you check them.

Step four
It goes live on your domain, and the first payment runs that day and not a day sooner.
The part that never ends
After it goes live
You write in when something needs changing. A price, a photo, a phone number, a holiday notice.
We reply the same business day or the next one. Small text and photo changes are live within two business days. Anything bigger gets a date when we reply.
If the site ever goes down, that is our emergency and not yours, and we answer the same day.
Your invoice shows the edit hours you have left, so you never have to ask.

We do not promise round the clock support. One person cannot be awake for it, so we do not say it.
If you leave
After the first year you can cancel in any month.
The site comes down, and the code stays with us. That is how the subscription is built, and it is not a punishment for leaving.
Your domain is yours and stays registered to you. Your words, your photos, and your logo are yours, and we send you a copy.
If you want to keep the site, buy it. $1,500 after twelve months, and free after twenty four months.
Who you are dealing with
We are not an agency. One person builds your site and one person answers when you write in.
That is why the service works. The person who built your site is the person who changes it.
Common questions
- What if I want to leave
- You can, after the first year, any month. The site comes down and your domain and your content stay yours.
- What if I cancel early
- The rest of the first year becomes due. Twelve months is the minimum and it is written plainly in the agreement.
- Do you take a deposit
- We take no deposit. The first payment runs the day your site goes live.
- Who owns my domain
- You do, from the start, registered in your name.
- What if a payment fails
- You get a notice and a grace period before anything happens to the site.
- Is the price going to go up
- Your price is the price you signed at.
- Can you make my changes for me
- Yes. That is what the edit hours are for. You send us a message and we make the change.
