The content handoff
What we need from you
You supply business facts, your logo, and real photos where available. We handle remote discovery and content cleanup as part of the build.
You have five business days to answer the questionnaire. After that, we draft from your answers, your Google Business Profile, your current site, and existing materials. You approve the draft before launch. Missing photos get a type-led design, never stock or AI-generated staff imagery. Logo and brand cleanup is quoted separately.
The money side
When the money moves
Every subscription opens with a fourteen day free trial. We take your card at checkout and charge nothing during the trial. The monthly price starts once the trial ends.
Twelve month minimum, then month to month. One bill covers the build, the hosting, the SSL renewal, the security patches, the uptime, the backups, and your update allowance. The allowance resets each billing month and never rolls forward. Anything that broke on our side is fixed free and never counted against it.

The part that never ends
After it goes live
Send us an email when something needs changing. A price, a photo, a phone number, a holiday notice. Small text updates are unlimited on existing pages, one request at a time, within three business days. A same-business-day rush edit is $100 flat.

If you leave
After your first year commitment, you can cancel in any month through the billing request page or email us.
The live site is taken down. Your domain goes with you, transferred into your name at no charge, whatever month you leave.
If you want to keep the finished site, request the handover through the billing request page or email us. After any required invoice is paid, the handover includes source files, repository history, client-supplied assets, page content, deployment notes, and domain or DNS control. Secrets, provider accounts, and third-party licences do not transfer.
Common questions
- What if I want to leave?
- You can request cancellation through Billing or email after your first year. Your site goes offline, but your domain and all your content remain yours.
- What if I cancel early?
- The remaining balance of your first year becomes due. Twelve months is the minimum term, and it is clearly stated in your agreement.
- Do you take a deposit?
- $0 deposit.
- Who owns my domain?
- Yours to take at any time. We can hold the registration while your site is live, and we transfer it into your name at no charge whenever you ask, however long you stayed.
- What if a payment fails?
- We keep your website going for a reasonable period. We don't nickel and dime our customers.
- Can you make my changes for me?
- Small text updates on existing pages are unlimited, one request at a time, and normally go live within three business days. Design or media hours cover those changes when they need more work. Larger work is quoted first.
