How we handle your information

What we collect

The free mockup form collects your name, what your business does, your city or area, your email address, and the action you want visitors to take if you provide one.

The website request collects your name, email, phone, business name, business type, city or area, services, current website, and primary customer action.

The website request keeps your answers in your own browser as you type, so leaving Stripe without paying does not cost you the typing. They go when you close the tab, and the agreement box is never among them.

Stripe collects billing identity, payment details, tax information, and invoices when you use Checkout or the billing portal. Build Web Right never stores card details.

How we use it

We use the information to answer your request, build and operate the website, make the requested changes, send service messages, collect payment, provide receipts and invoices, prevent fraud, and support billing access.

We do not sell personal data, send marketing email, or use the form for advertising profiles.

How we count visits

Cloudflare counts page views for this website so we know which pages people read. It sets no cookie, follows nobody between websites, and builds no profile of you. We see totals, not people.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and database. Stripe handles hosted Checkout, subscriptions, invoices, receipts, tax features, and the billing portal. Resend delivers the messages from Build Web Right. Each provider handles information under its own terms and security controls.

Access and retention

Only the person operating Build Web Right can access the submitted brief and fulfillment record. Billing links are random, single-use, and expire shortly after they are sent.

We keep a customer record while the service or a billing obligation remains active. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires a longer record.
