Web Core and Web Growth run a twelve month minimum, then month to month. Cancel inside your first year and the remaining balance of that year falls due.

Request the handover through the cancellation and handover page or email. After any required invoice is paid, files, repository history, client-supplied assets, page content, deployment notes, and domain or DNS control transfer to you. Secrets, provider accounts, and third-party licences do not transfer. After the transfer, edits are $100 an hour, or you can keep the $150 a month maintenance plan.
What the hours cover
Small text updates cover phone numbers, hours, prices, notices, and short sentence changes. A closure notice after a burst pipe is covered. Design or media time covers a small visual adjustment, a photo swap, or a seasonal banner.
The allowance resets on each billing date and never rolls forward. Small text updates are unlimited, one request at a time, and normally go live within three business days.
What each allowance is enough for
One hour on Web Core is enough for some small changes. A new price list, a seasonal banner, updated holiday hours, two or three swapped photos, a team member added or removed.
Two hours on Web Growth is enough for a busy month. A promotion carried across several pages, a gallery refreshed, a few service descriptions rewritten for the season, and the small changes as they arrive.
One bill
Packages above include hosting, SSL renewal, uptime, security patches, dependency updates, browser fixes, DNS help, form deliverability, and fixing anything that shipped broken.
If we broke it, or it is something on our end, the fix is free and it does not come out of your hours.
Need something else?
We will give you a quote for a new page, a layout change, rebuilding a section, and anything bigger than the hours you have banked. We quote it, you say yes, then we build it.

Out of scope
Our Web packages do not cover stores, customer logins, or custom applications. We can quote that work separately or refer you to people who specialize in it.
We don't offer these services: specialized SEO campaigns, ad management, social media, and photography.
A booking tool you already own can be embedded. A custom booking system or an unverified vendor integration is not included.
